Why is historical data not loading?
Check the MT4 history settings and allow the platform to finish downloading the symbol data before starting the replay.
How do I activate my license?
Use the email from your purchase, match the MT4 account number, and follow the activation guide.
Where are Excel files saved?
When Excel output is included, files are saved under Terminal\tester\files\BackTestEase. Use MT4's File → Open Data Folder command to locate the terminal directory.
